I became licensed as a Hearing instrument specialist in 2020 in the state of Illinois and became board certified in January of 2024. I have an incredible desire to help reconnect people with the world around them through hearing by means of hearing aids. I find it very rewarding helping people and their families to understand their hearing loss and how it affects them knowing how the technology of aids provides a measure of relief for a loss. Witnessing these successful accounts daily and being a part of an industry that brings such great quality to life allows me to be so thankful to be of service to the people in need of hearing aid services.

Patient Care Coordinator
Tania Ortiz is a Patient Care Coordinator. She is originally from Utah County, In November of 2023 she moved out of Utah and moved to Decatur, IL. Tania began working in the hearing industry in early January 2024. She was drawn to the profession because she wanted to work for a company where her values and morals are aligned. As her experience and knowledge grown, she truly has been mesmerized by the importance of hearing health. What Tania loves most about saving hearing lives is having the satisfaction that a patient went home hearing better than when they came in. Tania strives for success and greatness and aspires to have a great outcome on any appointment along with her Hearing Specialist working as a team. Tania works very hard on having patient data up to date. To ensure a future appointment has been set for every patient seen in the clinic. She has a lot of fun building connections with patients and making them feel heard and understood. Outside of saving hearing lives, Tania loves hobbies such as clay art. She also loves outdoor sports such as tennis, volleyball and pickle ball with her family.
